ESG reporting

K2 Group’s 2025 Sustainability Report outlines the progress made across our environmental, social and governance programme during a year in which ESG expectations continued to evolve significantly across procurement, compliance and supply chain reporting.

As a global mobility business operating across international relocation, assignment management and destination services, we recognise the environmental and social impact connected to mobility services and the wider partner ecosystem that supports them. Our ESG reporting reflects the continued development of our environmental reporting capabilities, governance structures and operational accountability, while also supporting clients with greater transparency across relocation-related emissions and sustainability performance.

The 2025 report also highlights key milestones achieved during the reporting period, including EcoVadis Gold status, improved CDP scoring, continued progress against science-based targets and the expansion of client-level activity-based emissions reporting across relocation services.

Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP)

K2 Group continues to participate in CDP climate disclosure reporting as part of our wider commitment to transparency, environmental accountability and continuous improvement across ESG reporting.

CDP provides a globally recognised framework for measuring and disclosing climate-related data, helping organisations benchmark environmental performance and strengthen reporting consistency. During the 2025 reporting period, K2 Group improved its CDP score from B- to B, reflecting continued progress across emissions reporting, governance and climate-related operational planning.

As organisations place increasing importance on supplier transparency and Scope 3 emissions visibility, participation in recognised reporting frameworks continues to play an important role in supporting more measurable and accountable sustainability reporting.

EcoVadis rating

In 2025, K2 Group achieved EcoVadis Gold status, placing the business within the top 5% of assessed companies globally.

EcoVadis evaluates organisations across four core themes: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The assessment provides an independent review of how sustainability principles are operationally embedded across governance, reporting, supply chain management and day-to-day business operations.

K2 Group achieved particularly strong results within environmental management, reflecting continued investment in reporting quality, governance frameworks, certifications and sustainability initiatives across the organisation.

As ESG and supplier governance expectations continue to increase across procurement and compliance processes, independent assessment remains an important part of providing transparency and accountability across sustainability performance.
