Reporting is how we demonstrate progress, share results and hold ourselves accountable. At K2, it is more than compliance. It is a way of showing that commitments are backed by evidence, that our actions align with science, and that we continuously refine our approach to meet global standards.

We disclose our carbon footprint through the CDP to measure and benchmark our environmental impact.
In 2024 we completed our second CDP assessment, expanding the scope of what we measure to include flights, hotels and plastics linked to client relocations. This intentional step increased our reported footprint, but it gives us and our clients better visibility and the chance to make lower-emission choices. With verified Scope 1, 2 and 3 data, we can track progress towards our approved Science-Based Targets and help clients report with confidence.

As a UN Global Compact participant, we submit an annual CoP that details how we meet principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
In 2024 we filed our second CoP, reinforcing transparency and accountability across our business and supply chain. This commitment makes our progress publicly visible and ensures that as our business grows, so does our responsibility. By embedding the Ten Principles into our Code of Conduct and operations, we create assurance for clients and partners that values guide every decision.

In 2026, K2 Group (rated as K2 Corporate Mobility) was proud to be rated EcoVadis Gold, placing us in the top 5% of companies globally assessed by EcoVadis, one of the world’s leading sustainability ratings bodies.
Our latest assessment was conducted against increasingly rigorous criteria, with performance measured across environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. Achieving Gold under these standards is a meaningful recognition of the progress we continue to make.
For our clients and partners, this rating provides independent assurance that sustainability at K2 Group is not a statement of intent but a lived priority that shapes how we operate and deliver.

Each year, we publish a detailed ESG Report that brings together data, targets and real-world stories.
Our 2024 report covered emissions, plastics, partner accountability, and community initiatives such as the São Paulo school project. It also set out our 2025 ambitions, including expanding Scope 3 data capture, strengthening waste reporting, and further embedding the UN SDGs.
Publishing openly ensures that progress, challenges and next steps are transparent. For clients, it provides clarity and reassurance of a partner aligned with international frameworks such as SBTi, UNGC and GRI.
