United Nations Global Compact Communication on Progress

In 2025, the business submitted its third consecutive Communication on Progress, outlining how ESG considerations continue to be integrated across governance, operational decision-making and supply chain engagement.

As a global mobility provider operating across multiple international regions, we recognise the importance of maintaining responsible and ethical business practices while continuing to strengthen long-term sustainability initiatives across the business.

K2 Group’s 2025 Sustainability Report provides a detailed overview of ESG performance, sustainability reporting and operational progress across the business’s global mobility operations.

The report includes information covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions, science-based targets, governance frameworks, employee wellbeing, supply chain engagement, ethical operations and environmental reporting methodologies.

It also outlines the frameworks supporting K2 Group’s ESG reporting approach, including alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, CDP and the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

As sustainability reporting continues to evolve across global supply chains, the business remains focused on improving reporting transparency, emissions visibility and operational accountability across relocation-related services and partner networks.

What are Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions?
Scope 1 emissions are direct emissions from owned operations. Scope 2 emissions relate to purchased electricity and energy consumption. Scope 3 emissions include indirect emissions linked to transportation, accommodation, household goods shipping and wider supply chain activity.

What is EcoVadis Gold status?
EcoVadis Gold status is awarded to organisations demonstrating strong sustainability performance across environment, ethics, labour and human rights, and sustainable procurement. In 2025, K2 Group achieved Gold status, placing the business within the top 5% of assessed organisations globally.

Does K2 Group report Scope 3 emissions?
Yes. K2 Group reports relevant Scope 3 emissions connected to relocation services, transportation, accommodation, business travel and supply chain operations.

What are K2 Group’s science-based targets?
K2 Group has committed to reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 and reducing overall emissions by 90% by 2050 against a 2021 baseline.
