Connecting with South Africa’s HR community

HR Indaba 2026

K2 Group joined more than 4,000 HR professionals in Johannesburg for a day of conversations, connections and fresh perspectives on the priorities shaping people and work.

On 20 October, Sandton Convention Centre brought together more than 4,000 HR professionals for HR Indaba 2026, one of Africa’s biggest HR conferences and expos.

Throughout the day, packed auditoriums and a busy exhibition floor created plenty of opportunities for HR professionals to exchange ideas, build relationships and explore the issues influencing their organisations.

For K2 Group, the event was an opportunity to listen.

Conversations with HR professionals provided valuable perspectives on their priorities and on how the insights gained at HR Indaba 2026 are helping them prepare for the year ahead. It also gave our team the opportunity to meet hundreds of HR professionals and establish new relationships that can continue beyond the event itself.

That spirit of listening and understanding is particularly important when conversations turn to global mobility. Behind every relocation is an employee whose family, career, wellbeing and overall experience can be affected by the move. This people-first approach was central to K2 Group’s messaging in the lead-up to the event.

Representing K2 Group at the event were Christian Valentine, Nadia Valentine, Hope Aspelling, Anusha Pillay, Angelique Hoffman and Eden Roux.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to meet the team, exchange perspectives and start a conversation. We look forward to continuing those conversations in the weeks ahead.
