Andrea will share Chanel’s move from paternalistic mobility benefits towards employee choice, including how talent assessments have informed policy selection and how AI has supported the programme design process.

The global competition for skilled talent is being reshaped by political, economic and demographic pressures. At the same time, governments are introducing increasingly selective and strategically focused immigration policies.
