Meet our Global Head of Customer Experience (CX)
Amanda, who describes K2 as her happy place, has recently transitioned from her role as K2’s Head of Client Services Operations for Europe into the new CX position. With more than a decade at K2 under her belt, and having spent over 20 years in the global mobility industry, Amanda’s experience, along with her human-centric leadership style, made her the perfect candidate to take up the CX role – something that James and Amanda discuss at the beginning of the episode.
