ESG is more
than a checkbox

Our ESG approach is based on accountability, progress, and care. We understand clients want more than compliance, and our responsibilities go beyond business. From reducing our environmental impact to supporting communities and protecting data, every action is impact-driven. ESG isn't optional; it's an essential part of our operations and building long-term, trust-based partnerships.

Environmental

Protecting the environment begins with small, practical changes that lead to lasting results. We are dedicated to reducing plastics, enhancing supply chain sustainability, and taking actions that decrease our footprint.

For clients, this means partnering with an organization that acts responsibly while supporting their own sustainability goals. From waste reduction to developing clear action plans, we align environmental progress with business objectives so that success and positive impact go hand in hand.

Personally Speaking: inside the K2 Group's sustainability journey.

In Episode 10, James talks with Linda Rafferty, our Global Head of Compliance & ESG, about how K2’s sustainability program develops through flexibility, partnerships with Furthr and the University of Bath, and incorporating ESG into all relocations.

Social

People are at the center of everything we do. Through the K2 Foundation, we focus our charitable efforts on improving children’s futures in the regions where we work, bringing purpose to our people and value to our clients.

These initiatives include funding schools, supporting education, and aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. By helping children build brighter futures, we create an impact that reaches far beyond our industry, while giving our own teams a stronger sense of purpose.

Governance

Strong governance establishes the framework for dependable service. We hold certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001:2022, and ISO 45001, supported by clear policies on ethics, anti-slavery, and data protection.

This means our clients can trust us not only to provide mobility services but to do so with accountability. From participating in the UN Global Compact to maintaining strict internal standards, our governance approach ensures that integrity is embedded in every decision we make.

Reporting our "global mobility" truths

Transparency is at the core of our ESG approach. Each year, we thoroughly evaluate our progress using independent, globally recognized frameworks, including EcoVadis, CDP, and the UN Global Compact.

Alongside these external assessments, we publish our annual ESG report to openly share our commitments, performance, and areas for ongoing improvement. Together, these evaluations offer a clear and honest view of how we are integrating responsible practices throughout our business and where we are focused on doing better.
