Specifically, her swift transition away from a role in K2’s Finance department, and how a request from the Managing Director of K2 Americas, , for Linda to get to grips with governance, would ultimately lead to her growing and overseeing K2’s Sustainability Programme.

Since K2 began working on its first environment-focused initiatives in 2015, sustainability has made its way to the top of the agenda for many organisations. With new regulations and requirements constantly emerging, the landscape is ever evolving: Linda shares how she sees sustainability as a voyage, rather than a journey, one with no end point and a course that can be subject to both change and tempestuous conditions.
