On Thursday, 29th May 2025, K2 Corporate Mobility, in partnership with AIRINC, hosted an exclusive breakfast session at the elegant Monarch Hotel in Rosebank, Johannesburg. The event brought together global mobility professionals to explore key trends and strategies that are shaping the future of workforce mobility.
The session featured insights from AIRINC’s April 2025 global mobility survey, offering attendees data-driven findings and forward-looking strategies to prepare their organisations for what’s next.
Attendees were welcomed by K2’s Client Development Executive for Africa, Eden Roux, who drew on her decade of experience in global mobility to set the stage for the morning’s discussions.
The keynote session was delivered by Jani McLean,Associate Director of Client Engagement at AIRINC, a seasoned expert in global mobility and expat tax advisory, with nearly two decades of experience. Jani shared invaluable insights from AIRINC’s survey, highlighting critical trends and strategies for managing workforce mobility in an evolving global landscape.
The event concluded with a lively Q&A session, where attendees had the opportunity to engage directly with Eden and Jani, delving deeper into the challenges and opportunities facing the global mobility sector.
