A team of knowledgeable innovators from across the business, the ELT’s mission is to make K2 a great place to work and grow.

Since the ELT’s inception in 2020, its members have not only driven strategic direction, but they have also led the charge on successfully developing streamlined operational processes and delivering a number of projects that have had a truly global impact for K2’s teams around the world.
