James, Linda, Giulio, and Henry discuss how this year’s Earth Day theme resonates with them and their respective organisations, and how they keep sustainability at the heart of operations, conversations, and strategies to facilitate genuine climate action across value chains.

Everyone agreed that small, yet consistent actions can have a more significant impact than big projects, making sustainability an ongoing objective to strive for.

Henry shared innovative ways to reduce emissions, whilst acknowledging the difficulty of scaling big initiatives - Linda added that this is about finding the balance between sustainability and efficient business operations.  

The conversation concluded with the participants explaining how they were going to interpret ‘Our Power, Our Planet’ this Earth Day, and outlining how, moving forward, they will continue to strive to reduce emissions via the evolution of internal processes.
