Déclaration sur l'esclavage moderne et la traite des êtres humains

Dernière mise à jour : 30 janvier 2026

At K2 Corporate Mobility, we are committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct, including the prevention of modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation across our business and global supply chain.

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54, Part 6 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps we have taken during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to help prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and global supply chain.

Our Business

K2 Corporate Mobility is a privately owned global provider of relocation and professional mobility services. We deliver tailored, impartial solutions for clients managing global assignments. Our operations span across multiple regions, supported by a strong and diverse partner network.

Our Commitment

We are firmly opposed to all forms of slavery, human trafficking, forced, bonded or child labour. This commitment is embedded in our core values, policies, and supply chain engagement. We believe in promoting transparency, protecting human rights, and supporting ethical business practices in every region in which we operate.

Governance and Policies

We maintain a dedicated Modern Slavery Policy, reviewed periodically and supported by related governance documents that set expectations for employees, suppliers, and partners.

• Kinetic Code of Conduct – Partners

• Whistleblowing Policy

• Service Level Agreement

• Due Diligence and Risk Management Processes

Relevant requirements are incorporated into onboarding, contractual terms, and ongoing oversight of partners and suppliers. Where concerns are identified, these are reviewed through our due diligence and escalation processes, with appropriate follow-up actions taken.

Supply Chain and Due Diligence

Our Supply Chain team, in collaboration with Compliance and ESG, oversees the vetting, onboarding, and ongoing review of partners. Due diligence may include:

• Screening for anti-slavery and human rights policies

• Financial and reputational checks

• ESG and sustainability assessments (e.g., via EcoVadis)

• Periodic reviews and spot-check audits

Training and Awareness

• All employees receive mandatory modern slavery training upon joining, with annual refreshers.

• Training is delivered to employees managing suppliers and contracts.

• Partners are reminded regularly of their responsibilities in relation to human rights and ethical conduct.

Principal Risks and Mitigation

As a business operating across international borders, we recognise that modern slavery risks may arise in complex supply chains, including where services are subcontracted or delivered in jurisdictions with heightened labour rights risks.

We mitigate these risks through:

• Contractual safeguards

• ESG aligned policies

• Transparent reporting and audit practices

• Risk assessments and whistleblowing mechanisms

Measuring Effectiveness

We monitor the effectiveness of our approach using indicators and review activities such as:

• Modern slavery risk assessments and audit outcomes

• Supplier onboarding and reviews

• Reported incidents or non-compliance

• Employee training completion rates

• Partner policy reviews and contract adherence

2026 Priorities

During 2026, K2 plans to:

Continue to review and strengthen our anti-slavery policies, partner standards, and supporting controls

• Further embed responsible business expectations across our supply chain due diligence activities

• Continue risk-based partner reviews, audits, and follow-up actions where appropriate

• Enhance onboarding and periodic review processes to improve supply chain visibility

• Continue awareness-building and targeted training for relevant employees and partners

‍

K2 remains fully committed to promoting ethical business practices and a responsible, transparent supply chain. We will continue to evolve our approach in line with legal, ethical, and industry best practices.
