K2 awarded membership to Cercle Magellan
In December, we received confirmation that we are now officially a certified member!
Last year, K2 France made the decision to apply for membership with the Cercle Magellan, a prestigious HR professional network.
The Cercle Magellan is a unique community dedicated to:
- Knowledge sharing among HR professionals from some of the biggest companies in France
- Facilitating collaboration on key HR topics
- Offering training in areas such as international mobility, compensation & benefits, and talent management
The Cercle Magellan regularly organises events that bring HR leaders together to collaborate, exchange ideas, and discuss market trends and challenges. It has around 300 member organisations, most of which are corporate members. The other members – of which there are a very limited number – are service providers, like K2. As a certified Cercle Magellan member, providers can be recognised as a trusted partner. This membership is particularly meaningful because many companies in France will not consider onboarding a new international mobility partner unless they are part of the Cercle Magellan.
We expect that our membership will significantly increase our visibility and new business opportunities in France, as well as giving us access to events attended by HR professionals from the largest companies in the country.
